Jewelry Organization DIY

Hey there & Happy Friday!

Here around Louisville people are freaking out about Oaks & Derby! Yesterday we spent the day at the track with some great friends. I may have had one too many beverages out in that hot sun, but we had a great time! Pictures to come soon :)

In the meantime, check out my Friday find of the day - from the one and only Pinterest, ofcourse! I feel like all of us ladies have a hard time finding a way to organize & display all of our jewelry. Here is a little bit of inspiration for you...

And now for my own version of jewelry storage, handmade by yours truly...

First, the wine cork display board... I just took a basic black frame (this one from ikea) and cut a piece of cardboard to fit inside the back. Just cut your wine corks in half, so you have a flat edge on one side, break out your hot glue gun & get to work! I also took a few champagne corks and glued them on, then screwed small cup hooks directly into the cork. This makes for easy hanging. :)

Then we have the vintage printer drawer version... I found mine at a consignment shop. I just painted it black, then screwed tiny eye hooks into some of the compartments. Hang it on the wall and you have a pretty way to display your jewelry :)

How do you organize your jewelry? I'm also loving the tree branch idea above.

You could totally do it - but it takes time that's for sure! All those dang little hooks... Last resort I sell them in my etsy shop :) haha.
